Your application

When you apply to rent a bike we collect the details and documents you give us (name, contact details, address, ID and right-to-work documents) to assess your application, deliver your bike and manage your rental. We don't sell this information.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on Google. If you accept advertising cookies (or are outside the UK, EU and other regions where consent is required), the site loads the Google Ads tag, which sets cookies and sends Google details of your visit — such as the advert you clicked and whether you submitted a rental application — so we can measure which adverts work. We don't send Google your name, email or phone number. Google's use of this data is described at business.safety.google/privacy.

You can accept or reject at any time. Your choice and when you made it are stored in your browser. Change cookie settings
